Hi, I’m Damon Gibson, owner of Gibson Roof, Gutter and Window Cleaning. I’m a general contractor and we’re fully licensed and insured company with over 10 years of experience in the field. Seattle is hard on roofs. The moss and debris damage shingles both asphalt and cedar, slowly wearing them down prematurely. Gutters clog from the wind and leaves and water intrusion results from the backup.
We added roof gutter and window cleaning to our service offerings at Gibson Fence and Deck after having countless clients ask us to do this for them. It can be hard to find professional roof, gutter and window cleaners. It’s rare that they’re fully insured and licensed and even rarer that they comply with industry best practices. The cost of insuring a company that operates on ladders and roofs is preventative for most people in the field, as well as training, learning and nurturing the craft and long term client relationships.
